Warranty Policy

At Smartwatch Zone BD, we only sell 100% authentic smartwatches from world renowned brands. To ensure our customers’ peace of mind, all products come with an official manufacturer’s warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in hardware or internal components.

  • Warranty period depends on the respective brand (usually 6 months to 2 year, or as mentioned by the manufacturer).

  • Any warranty claim will be honored in accordance with the official brand warranty policy.

2. Warranty Service

  • For branded products, warranty will be provided by the respective brand’s authorized service center (local or international, depending on availability).

  • Smartwatch Zone BD will assist customers in connecting with the relevant service center or supplier.

  • Repair or replacement decisions are made by the brand/manufacturer, not by Smartwatch Zone BD.

3. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)

The following cases are not covered under warranty:

  • Physical damage, water damage, cracks, scratches, or any accidental breakage.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or use of non original accessories.

  • Battery, straps, chargers, and other consumables (unless specifically covered by the brand).

  • Software issues, connectivity problems due to third party apps, or data loss.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular usage.

4. Claim Procedure

  • Customers must provide a valid purchase invoice/order ID from Smartwatch Zone BD.

  • The smartwatch must be returned in its original condition, complete with all accessories and the warranty card (if provided).

  • Warranty inspection and service time may vary (generally 7-20 working days, depending on brand procedure).

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Smartwatch Zone BD is not liable for any indirect loss, data loss, or damages arising from product malfunction.

  • Final decision regarding warranty coverage rests with the brand’s official service center.

6. Important Note

  • Warranty policies differ from brand to brand (Example: Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Amazfit, etc.)

  • Customers are encouraged to review the specific brand warranty terms applicable to their smartwatch model.
