  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund will be provided via bank transfer or mobile wallet after confirmation.

  • If a product is eligible, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

5. Warranty vs. Returns
